Sarah consistently demonstrated exceptional knowledge, passion, and dedication as the Procurement and Pricing Manager. Her meticulous attention to detail proved vital during the creation of Cost Models for three recent solicitations in response to Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) Requests for Quotations: the NETC Naval Training Products and Services (NTPS) Center for Seabees Facility Engineering (CSFE) at approximately $29M, Career Training Continuum (CTC) at approximately $30M, and NETC Headquarters Staffing at approximately $17M—all due one week apart. Sarah's scheduling and time management ensured that all costing for the proposals was completed ahead of schedule and ready for delivery to the government. Furthermore, she professionally represented JANUS while working with an outside consulting company to ensure our pricing was competitive, increasing the opportunity for awards.
Sarah's exceptional performance, proactive approach, and unwavering commitment to quality continue to be an example for all to emulate. She is an invaluable member of the JANUS team and is highly deserving of this Energy Award.
