We are pleased to announce Rodney Rudolph as a recent recipient of the JANUS Energy Award. This award recognizes employees whose exceptional energy, initiative, and contributions advance the mission of JANUS Research Group (JANUS) while strengthening our internal and external partnerships.
Rodney was selected based on his outstanding work, including contributions to internal and external customer satisfaction and process improvements. His readiness to exceed expectations and support colleagues exemplifies the qualities this award honors.
Rodney continues to be the key contributor to three FCDs (Intelligence, C2, and Cyber) and the C/c-C2I Functional Division in FID. During Eclipse, an FCC Capstone event, Rodney was tasked by FID to lead three scene setter briefs and provided analysis to the working groups throughout the event. The results of his work were used by FCD Directors to brief the FCC CG and received approval to go forward to HQDA for resourcing. Rodney also worked beyond the scope of his responsibilities to enable the Cyber FCD's success by managing their gaps and solutions approach while the government analyst was on medical leave for four months.
