We are pleased to announce Marilyn Enriquez as a recent recipient of the JANUS Energy Award. This award recognizes employees whose exceptional energy, initiative, and contributions advance the mission of JANUS Research Group (JANUS) while strengthening our internal and external partnerships.
Marilyn was selected based on her outstanding work supporting a high volume of complex deliverables with a consistently high level of quality and precision. As an instrumental member of the Quality Assurance team, she plays a key role in reviewing and refining products to ensure they meet established standards while staying on track with demanding timelines. Her ability to manage a wide range of deliverables spanning varying sizes and levels of complexity has been critical to successful, on-time delivery.
Recently Marilyn has supported the GSA Task Order (TO) 27, Trainer-7A (T-7A), and RAM Mod 5 Teams with their deliverables. This includes T-7A product reviews and prototype lesson reviews for RAM Mod 5. Her biggest effort over the last month has been reviewing TO27's 63 deliverables. These products ranged in size from 10 pages to 250 pages and all had ambitious timelines. All products were delivered on time thanks to her efforts.
In addition, Marilyn's adaptability and willingness to jump in where needed make her a valuable partner across teams. She consistently brings a strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to excellence that supports both team performance and customer satisfaction.
