Announcing JANUS Energy Award Winner: Lynn Bellia

We are pleased to announce Lynn Bellia as the most recent recipient of the JANUS Energy Award. This award recognizes employees whose exceptional energy, initiative, and contributions help advance the mission of JANUS Research Group (JANUS) while strengthening our internal and external partnerships.

Lynn was selected based on her outstanding work, professionalism, dedication, and performance. Her readiness to exceed expectations and support colleagues exemplifies the qualities this award honors.

Lynn was instrumental in producing all manuals and documentation required for three initial STS issuance events conducted at Fort Knox (1 TSC) and Fort Hood (1CD SUS and 1-1 CD). Over the course of three weeks, her contributions were essential in meeting an extremely aggressive schedule to complete Operational Reference Guides (ORG), Quick Start Guides (QSG), and laminated communications equipment cards designed to support Warfighter operations.

Lynn worked in close coordination with Technical Documentation Specialists Michelle Flynn and Yolanda Moorhead to achieve this challenging objective. The significant volume of documentation produced will be utilized to train soldiers at multiple military locations in the coming weeks. The timely completion of these guides and laminated cards ensures that all necessary materials will be available on-site to effectively support equipment issue and subsequent training events.

The timely delivery of these documentation products directly enhances mission readiness by ensuring soldiers have immediate access to accurate, user-friendly reference materials during equipment issue and training. This proactive approach minimizes delays, reduces the risk of operational errors, and accelerates the Warfighter's ability to employ critical communications systems effectively in support of mission objectives.
