Lawrence (Lon) Karl is a recent recipient of the JANUS Energy Award.
The Energy Award recognizes employees who consistently go above and beyond to spark progress and deliver results, and Lon has done exactly that. His technical mastery and relentless work ethic consistently exceeded all baseline expectations during a recent project. He also demonstrated exceptional leadership and a profound collaborative spirit. Furthermore, he seamlessly coordinated efforts across diverse multi-service teams, international coalition partners, and defense contractors, breaking down technical communication barriers and aligning all stakeholders with leadership intent. Simply put, he made everyone involved in this project better.
