Larry provides outstanding support to the Army National Guard's 57 Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) calibration labs. With 21 years of experience in the ARNG TMDE program as both a calibration technician and shop supervisor, Larry brings unparalleled technical and administrative expertise.
He has visited multiple TMDE labs, delivering training to technicians and supervisors on meeting Quality Assurance requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices for effective lab management. Larry has also enhanced PowerBI tools used by the National Guard Bureau and TMDE labs to monitor performance, improve data accuracy, and track trends over time.
Additionally, he advises on TMDE equipment management and is actively working to improve NGB's ability to fund modernization of calibration standards. Larry's professionalism and deep expertise make him an invaluable asset to JANUS Research, reflecting the highest quality of support provided under our contractual obligations.
