The Energy Award recognizes employees who go above and beyond their responsibilities. It honors those who actively seek ways to strengthen teamwork, support customers, and enhance our operations. These contributions often happen behind the scenes, but their impact is felt across the company.
Kelley's outstanding performance exceeds expectations and sets the standard for quality within the NMSS BU. Her role as a Quality Control Inspector (QCI) was an integral part in the achievement of a score of "Exceptional" for the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase III IDIQ Contractor Performance Assessment Report (CPAR). In addition, she assisted in production, consistently developed high-quality deliverables, met all deadlines, and worked closely with subject matter experts and customers.
Kelley is a true team player who takes every opportunity to share her knowledge and experience with teammates, while constantly creating and publishing documents to help the development team. She is an expert in the navigation and use of various sites for the Document Review Process and has delivered effective training to spread her expertise among the team. Furthermore, she has created over 60 organic documents that have helped with process improvement and ensured the BU remains effective and efficient.
What stands out most about Kelley isn't just her performance—it's her presence. Kelley's efforts with her team have been crucial to its current success and have helped guarantee its future success. She is a wealth of knowledge and experience and doesn't hesitate to make her team's best even better.
