We are pleased to announce Kara Weaver as a recent recipient of the JANUS Energy Award. This award recognizes employees whose exceptional energy, initiative, and contributions advance the mission of JANUS Research Group (JANUS). These contributions often happen behind the scenes, but their impact is felt across the company through consistent customer satisfaction.
Kara was selected based on her outstanding work supporting a high volume of complex deliverables with a consistently high level of quality and precision. As Quality Manager she is an instrumental member of the Quality Assurance team, playing a key role in ensuring products align with established standards while maintaining demanding timelines. Over the past month, she has contributed to the review of dozens of deliverables ranging from shorter reports to highly detailed documents exceeding 200 pages. All products were delivered on time thanks to her efforts and guidance.
Recently Kara has supported the GSA Task Order (TO) 27, Trainer-7A (T-7A), and RAM Mod 5 Teams with their deliverables. Kara supported trainings for the T-7A team along with reviewing the Training Requirements Analysis Report (TRAR), which was 212 pages. Kara also reviewed the Task Analysis (TA) and Training Guides (TG) for RAM Mod 5. Over the last month, Kara and her team have reviewed TO27's 63 deliverables, ranging in size from 10 pages to 250 pages, all with ambitious timelines.
