Josephine Mabe recently demonstrated these qualities while supporting a high-visibility planning and analysis event, stepping into a key role with confidence and precision.
Josephine was recognized for her exceptional performance supporting the Future Warfare Division's (FWD) Future Study Program 2026 (FSP26) and the Chief of Staff of the Army's Wargame (FSP26-2). Operating in an unfamiliar location with a large group of participants, Josephine flawlessly assumed the role and responsibilities of a lead rapporteur. During the event, she was directly responsible for accurately and efficiently capturing discussions among senior military and government subject matter experts. Her meticulous attention to detail and rapid documentation were critical to collecting vital data that informed Army concept development and Scenario Required Formations.
In addition to her analytical contributions, Josephine provided outstanding administrative and event assistance, including preparing meeting spaces, assembling reference materials, and supporting post-event breakdown. Her flexibility, initiative, and commitment ensured a smooth execution from start to finish.
