We are pleased to announce Joseph R. Inge, Jr. as the most recent recipient of the JANUS Energy Award. This award recognizes employees whose exceptional energy, initiative, and contributions advance the mission of JANUS Research Group (JANUS) while strengthening our internal and external partnerships.
Joseph was selected based on his outstanding work, including contributions to new business opportunities, proposal efforts, customer satisfaction, and process improvements. His readiness to exceed expectations and support colleagues exemplifies the qualities this award honors.
Joseph led the team to develop a plan to integrate FID as part of FCC G3/5 Eclipse Planning OPT. The team enabled FCC staff to develop a 10-year Strategic Required Force (SRF) plan with a focus on the Mid-Range Division. Joe works tirelessly with FCC Staff to ensure key stakeholders of the AMEs from CAC, TIDs, FCDs, and T2COM attend the event with the purpose of integrating DOTMLPF-P solutions, experimentation, and ASCC IPLs across the time horizon. This effort directly supports PAE informed resource prioritization and annual POM decision cycles. The result of his leadership and efforts led to the FCC CG approval at the Eclipse out brief to go forward to HQDA for CSA approval.
Please join us in congratulating Joseph on this achievement. We appreciate the positive impact he continues to make at JANUS.
