03/23/2026

At JANUS Research Group (JANUS), we believe energy fuels excellence—and today, we are proud to celebrate an employee who truly embodies what it means to bring passion, drive, and positive momentum to everything they do. Please join us in congratulating Casey Miller, recipient of the JANUS Energy Award.

The Energy Award is one of the most meaningful recognitions within our organization. It honors team members who not only deliver exceptional results but do so with a consistently high level of enthusiasm, dedication, and initiative. This award recognizes those who uplift the people around them, strengthen our customer relationships, and contribute to the company's growth.

Casey was selected for his outstanding contributions in several key areas, including contributing to successful proposal efforts, playing a key role in elevating customer satisfaction by consistently greeting users with a friendly, approachable attitude, and taking time to walk them through equipment operation in a clear, user-friendly way that builds confidence and reduces repeat issues.

Casey Miller is an essential member of the A/V team whose professionalism and positive energy greatly enhance customer support across the organization. When the Education Center reopened, Casey played a critical role in getting the facility operational by helping reinstall all A/V equipment—a task that required extra hours well beyond normal duty requirements. His commitment, technical expertise, and willingness to go above and beyond reflect exceptional dedication to mission success and a key contributor to JANUS' favorable recompete of the AMSS contract.

We are grateful for the energy he brings to JANUS every day, and we are excited to recognize his impact through this award. Congratulations, Casey—your dedication truly makes a difference.
