We are pleased to announce Brenda Rodarte as the most recent recipient of the JANUS Energy Award. This award recognizes employees whose exceptional energy, initiative, and contributions advance the mission of JANUS Research Group (JANUS) while strengthening our internal and external partnerships.
Brenda has again proven to be an incredible asset to the CSFE N8 team. Her hard work, dedication to excellence, and challenge-oriented spirit have been instrumental to success and efficiency in the N8 domain.
In addition to her daily tasks, Brenda is responsible for generating and keeping tally on the purchase requests for ongoing month-to-month services at CSFE and assisting with the generation of other purchase requests as needed to keep the logistics team providing goods and services to the command. She assisted with the comptroller's DODAAC audit to help de-obligate funds and clear older purchase requests, including a full close-out of all FY21 and FY22 items. She also helped coordinate N8 efforts to minimize their footprint by cleaning out old paper files no longer required, readying others to be digitized, and removing obsolete items from designated storage areas.
Her contributions led to her being awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from the CSFE Executive Officer. For this work and her continuing drive for excellence in supporting all of CSFE's financial and logistical accounting practices, Brenda is truly deserving of this award.
