We are pleased to announce Ania Isennock as the most recent recipient of the JANUS Energy Award. This award recognizes employees whose exceptional energy, initiative, and contributions advance the mission of JANUS Research Group (JANUS) while strengthening our internal and external partnerships.
Ania was selected based on her outstanding work, including contributions to new business initiatives, internal/external customer satisfaction, and process improvements. Her readiness to exceed expectations and support colleagues exemplifies the qualities this award honors.
LTC Bono recognized Ania as "Teammate of the Week." As an Operations Specialist for PdM MN, PM C2T, CPE C3N, Ania continues to take on initiatives across the PM. She has been relentless in her efforts to complete all actions for the PdM MN Conference Room project, receiving the final quotes this week. Despite numerous obstacles, she successfully brought this ongoing initiative to the final leadership decision point. With limited conference rooms, the addition of this conference room will allow PdM MN to go faster and become more lethal in our network modernization story.
