In case you missed it, Aaron Coulson was named JANUS Leader of the Year for 2025. Aaron serves as the Senior Program Manager for Navy and Marine Corps System Solutions (NMSS). His team's many accomplishments and success in 2025 made Aaron a natural candidate for this honor, and it is one that is well deserved. We thought we'd take a moment to let Aaron tell us a little about why he loves working at JANUS and the leadership philosophy that drives his success.
Aaron's favorite thing about working for JANUS is the family-style environment. Leadership's support of employees and investment in a comfortable work environment can drive success and productivity.
When it comes to his leadership philosophy, Aaron looks to his favorite leadership quote, "Success is never owned. It is only rented, and the rent is due every day." Rory Vaden's quote underscores the importance Aaron places on approaching each day as a new opportunity to meet new goals and accomplishments. His leadership style is certainly working for NMSS.
