Test Operations Engineer

Job Description

Defines, documents, analyzes, performs, and interprets developmental tests for new and/or modified products or product components.
Investigates and resolves operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel.
Provides technical support and advice to other engineering groups.
Devises and applies testing procedures for parts or sub-assemblies received from outside vendors.
Participates in the development, maintenance and refinement of internal quality control and reliability programs.
Setup network architecture and systems under test in lab and field environments.
Assist in the technical design, set-up, configuration, instrumentation, operation and data collection of SOS test environment.
Participate in planning, coordination, and analysis of test requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, System, Software or Computer Engineering; Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience with Military Intelligence Systems (Preferred)
10+ years of experience in the testing and integration of software intensive systems.
Demonstrable familiarity with test planning, execution, and reporting with formal testing of acquisition programs.
Direct experience with setting up network architectures and systems under test in preparation for a test event, lab work, or demonstration.
Excellent communications skills (written and oral)
Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
