Position Overview

Job Description:

The Program Manager (PM) must maintain a robust process for developing, planning, managing and oversight of the overall contract effort and task orders conducted under the AMP contract. PM? must be able to demonstrate exceptional competencies in the exploitation of advanced scientific knowledge that will enable and accelerate the realization of new Army Modernization Priorities transformational overmatch capabilities and in developing technology-based solutions for operational concerns and rapidly transforming these solutions into operational capabilities. PM shall also have superior understanding of real-world, Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) issues and battle environments for both the regular Army and for expeditionary forces, intelligence operations, special operations, countering asymmetric threats, irregular warfare, and unconventional warfare applications. PM is expected to facilitate providing rapid Proof-of-Concept / Proof-of-Principal prototyping & experimentation within the context of the technology innovation creation cycle to accelerate the innovation process and to provide rapid-response of specialized expertise in prototyping, experimentation, and technology integration/insertion within the context of the emerging MDO environment to meet Army 2028 Modernization operational overmatch capabilities development milestones and timelines, and within a context to counter and defeat asymmetrical, adaptable enemy overmatch threats, all based on specific task order technical specifications and objectives.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Candidate must be a US Citizen in order to obtain and maintain an interim and final security clearance.

Special Requirements:

  • Requires TS/SCI - ability to obtain/maintain with a current background investigation;
  • Must sign a letter of commitment
  • Assist in the proposal submission

Experience and Education:

  • Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
  • 10 years of experience in a combination of research, development, test or evaluation
  • Must have 5 years of experience in program management in a technical environment.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
