JANUS Achieves ISO/IEC 20000-1 Certification

Evans, Georgia, September 27, 2018 - JANUS Research Group announced today that it has achieved ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 certification. The audit was performed by Det Norske Veritas Germanischer Lloyd (DNV-GL), an international accredited registrar and classification organization.

ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 is a service management system (SMS) standard. It specifies requirements for JANUS to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and improve our SMS. Requirements include the design, transition, delivery and improvement of services to fulfil agreed service requirements.
