JANUS Research Group Recognizes Tiffany Davis with Energy Award

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to recognize Tiffany Davis with an Energy Award for her exceptional service as a Concept to Capabilities Analyst and Joint Operational Wargame Planner. Mrs. Davis has demonstrated unwavering dedication and a profound impact on the Futures and Concepts Center (FCC) and broader Army modernization efforts.

Prior to her role as a Concept to Capabilities Analyst, Mrs. Davis expertly enhanced Marine Littoral Regiment (MLR) capabilities within a joint and multinational environment, providing feedback in support of the development of the Army's operational concepts, improving joint force logistics readiness, and providing vital PLA threat analysis that directly informed joint planning and wargame realism. As an analyst, Mrs. Davis consistently exceeds expectations, flawlessly executing critical FCC integration and modernization initiatives—including the 3rd Quarterly Integration Forum and proactive management of the QIF Community of Practice—all while completing actions ahead of schedule.

Mrs. Davis' active participation in the FCC annual wargame, valuable feedback to leadership, and contributions to key tools and processes were recognized during a high-visibility offsite and underscore her commitment to continuous improvement and excellence. Her meticulous planning, effective collaboration, and unwavering dedication have undeniably advanced FCC's strategic objective. She is an inspirational staff officer and a true asset to the JANUS team.
