JANUS Research Group Recognizes Bryan Olsen with Energy Award

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to recognize Bryan Olsen with an Energy Award for his exceptional work as a product manager within the MPT Business Unit (BU).

Bryan provided direct support to three of the BU's biggest contracts and always executed his duties in a highly efficient and effective manner. His countless hours of dedication guaranteed the success of these contracts and provided exceptional support to the development team. His constant execution of efficient solutions, removal of roadblocks, and delivery of crucial training contributed significantly to the team's success. Bryan never hesitates to step in and develop, review, and adjudicate products quickly and accurately when deadlines are tight. His contributions have been directly related to on-time delivery on multiple occasions.

Bryan also serves as a mentor to his teammates, regularly making himself available to support their efforts in project planning, ISD-related issues, general training, and positional responsibilities. He never hesitates to answer a need and is quick to offer encouragement and constructive feedback, resulting in positive professional growth for those on his team.

Bryan's performance is always exceptional and his dedication to his team is unwavering. He embodies the values the MPT BU and JANUS pride themselves on, delivering time and time again.
