JANUS Research Group Recognizes Beth Lambert with Energy Award

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to recognize Beth Lambert with an Energy Award for her work as a Senior Training Support Specialist within the JANUS MPT Business Unit (BU).

Beth has been the driving force behind the 11 rates contract and has shouldered much of the effort as the only Senior Training Support Specialist. Beth performed numerous Lead reviews and made follow-on connections identified in peer reviews, which allowed the CLLC team to focus solely on the new Maintenance and Assessment (M&A) project.

Beth also played a key role in solidifying the M&A SOP that corrected previous process deficiencies and improved product clarity and usability across Navy ratings. This SOP is now being used on the updated process for M&A and has proven an effective tool for team members to analyze, update, and provide recommendations for the life cycles of all Navy rates. Furthermore, Beth's dedication to the JANUS team goes beyond product development. She regularly lends her knowledge and expertise to the development of her team and fellow employees.

Beth consistently performs above and beyond the expectations for a Senior Training Support Specialist. She is one of only three personnel authorized for direct communication and delivery of products by the respective Branch Head at the United States Fleet Forces Command. Beth is a strong and dedicated member of the JANUS MPT BU, exemplifying JANUS' commitment to the highest standards.
