JANUS Research Group Recognizes Brenda Rodarte with Energy Award

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to recognize Brenda Rodarte with an Energy Award for her outstanding work over the past year and a half as a financial analyst with Center for Seabees and Facilities Engineering (CSFE).

Brenda is an amazing asset who currently tracks all RRL (Ready Relevant Learning) and CECOS (Naval Civil Engineer Corps Officers School) contract funding and purchase requests and reviews financial transactions to ensure proper funding and compliance. She also conducts reviews, makes recommendations, and supports the development of financial policies and procedures for CSFE. Additionally, she conducts DTS Travel Audits for compliance, executes financial reporting for CECOS, and interprets composite results of operations to ensure they are understandable, usable, and actionable for CECOS directors.

Brenda's dedication, hard work, and mission-oriented posture have received multiple accolades from the CECOS N8 Comptroller, who has repeatedly stressed how much of an asset Brenda is and how she has improved processes. Her efforts and keen insight have earned Brenda a high level of trust, more authority, and more responsibility, making her an instrumental part of JANUS' success.
