JANUS Recognizes Jeff Forry as Leader of the Year

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) recently recognized Mr. Jeff Forry as its Leader of the Year. Jeff joined JANUS in April 2024 as the Program Manager for the Architecture Integration and Management Division (AIMD) Support Services Contract for the United States Army Futures Command (AFC) Futures and Concepts Center (FCC). In a remarkably short time, Jeff has reinvigorated his team, cultivating a culture of growth, innovation, and shared purpose that resonates across both JANUS and our government stakeholders.
Jeff led a large, complex team focused on providing AIMD with unwavering application operational stability while continually integrating enhancements requested by a diverse set of requiring organizations. He earned the trust and respect of the AIMD Government leadership team, no small feat for the short time Jeff has been in his position. Amid a change in FCC leadership, AIMD and its flagship initiative, Forge, have emerged as pivotal components in shaping future Army capabilities and strategic planning, growing at an expeditious pace and bringing expanded abilities to collaborate and modernize.
Jeff's dedication to building, growing, and supporting the JANUS team at AIMD, along with his direct engagement with all members in the program, has led to a level of inclusiveness, collaboration, and rejuvenation that has inspired his entire team. With his impressive guidance and direction as well as his unflappably calm demeanor, Jeff has set expectations that have elevated his team's growth in confidence and innovation. When you trust and believe in the person who is leading your team, it is easy to enjoy what you do. Jeff is that person: one who values the contributions his team members make, and who works hard every day to ensure those contributions are recognized by others. The response and performance of his team are a testament to his leadership.
