JANUS Team Member Wendy Weinbrecht Celebrates 10 Years

Senior Procurement Specialist and Alternate Facility Security Officer Wendy Weinbrecht is celebrating her 10th anniversary with JANUS this May. Wendy's initiative and dedication have ensured that security functions are completed with no negative impact on JANUS or our employees.

Wendy has been instrumental in ensuring security requirements of 32 CFR Part 117-NISPOM were met, which resulted in a successful outcome for the AER Security Review on January 24, 2025. As this accomplishment indicates, Wendy consistently demonstrates outstanding performance in all her duties and functions as the alternate facility security officer (AFSO), along with her duties in procurement. Her exceptional performance and commitment to excellence earned her a JANUS Energy Award on July 10, 2024. Wendy's ability, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond expectations has significantly contributed to the success of the JANUS security office, procurement team, and company as a whole.

Wendy's work ethic and excellence continue into the next generation. Wendy is the proud mom of a fire academy graduate in Virginia Beach, Va. We are so grateful for her fantastic example and we are excited to see what she will accomplish in the future.
