JANUS Research Group Recognizes Joseph Inge with Energy Award

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to recognize Joseph "Joe" Inge with an Energy Award for his team leadership during the development of a plan for an FID tasking to support the FCC's director event, Eclipse Off-Site, from 21 April to 2 May 2025.

With minimal guidance from the client, Joe developed a plan to integrate the TBA 39-42 Gap Analysis into the event and provided recommendations for FID's contribution. The client received approval from the FID director as a result of Joe's efforts. The integrated plan benefits FCC senior leader, S&T communities, and CDIDs with additional focus on TBA 39-42 gaps and aligning solution approaches at the Eclipse Off-Site. The output of the event will enable the FCC director to influence this fiscal year's SPAR in July and POM in September.

Additionally, Joe established an outstanding rapport with FCC G3/57, Maneuver Aviation, and USASOC CDIDs for integrating learning demands and supporting gaps linkage to the FCC Integrated Plan for the next two years of experimentations. Joe's work has positioned JANUS to better provide solutions to our clients and strengthened our reputation in the sector.
