JANUS Research Group (JANUS) has been selected to provide Manpower, Personnel, Training, and Education (MPTE) and Instructional Systems Design (ISD) solutions in support of Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) to the Navy Education and Training Command (NETC) and Navy Learning Centers (LC).
This continuation of our work is a testament to the institutional and technical knowledge needed to effectively support LC's and Sites. The JANUS team effectively works to execute many analytical, programmatic, and developmental tasks needed to resolve complex training issues to improve fleet readiness.
