JANUS RESEARCH GROUP AWARDS JACOB BASS WITH EMPLOYEE OF THE QUARTER

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to present Mr. Jacob Bass with the highly coveted Employee of the Quarter award for his dedication to the Architecture Integration Management Division Program at Ft. Eustis.
Mr. Bass background and experience as an Azure Cloud Engineer allowed him to hit the ground running since his beginning with JANUS in June 2023. He began working on the ArCADIE systems migration, Army Futures Command Modernization Application and Data Environment (AFC MADE) and cARMY programs as a Cloud Engineer. Jacob brings a wealth of technical capability that is difficult to surpass and has proven valuable as a leader and mentor to others, whether peers, junior or even senior members of the team.
During the last quarter, Jacob has been critical to expediting high priority projects for the customer. Specifically for the TeamWork Cloud task, he has taken the Technical Lead role and mentored the team through the upgrade 19 to 22. His ability to provide mentorship allows him to be a force multiplier on this task as well as guiding and ensuring all the normal monitoring and administration tasks required as normal operations continued with no gaps.
This willingness to assist and train other members of the data management branch, which elevates the skill level and knowledge of the entire team, positioned him for this award. It has been a game changer in helping bring new JANUS employees up to speed quickly and positioned him as one of the go-to people on that program. Seasoned experts like Jacob enable depth in the AIMD program, making our organization scalable and allowing leaders on the team to delegate and make decisions with confidence.
