JANUS RESEARCH GROUP RECOGNIZES MATTHEW PERR WITH AN ENERGY AWARD

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to present Mr. Matthew Perry with an Energy Award for his ability to meet all requirements and find new ways to incorporate the Microsoft Power Platform in reporting to include four Power BI reports, one Microsoft Form and five Power Automate Flows.
Power BI reports now include the Instrument Master Record File (IMRF) Scrub for states to keep their database up to date with monthly changes, the Compliance Report that shows all work done that is or is not in compliance with National Guard Bureau (NGB) policy. Creation of an Enterprise Status Report Single Work Order (SWO) Tool for the Army National Guard Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (ARNG TMDE) Program, U.S. Army Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment Activity (USATA) Enterprise Portal Work Order with Comments Report. This tool has expanded to encompass Standard work-order delays and aviation equipment. This allows all State maintenance personnel to get a weekly update on the status of their TMDE readiness and where improvements are needed.
Mr. Perr created a Capability Analysis Tool for each lab to review the required workload expectations and choice of workload performance beyond the established requirements of the IMRF Table (IMRFT) he maintains and synchronizes monthly based on existing Technical Bulletin (TB) 43-180 information. All these products are designed to overcome visibility issues for the ARNG TMDE Program as a fix for unavailable information from the USATA Enterprise as it exists today.
Matthew also worked with the National Guard Bureau (NGB) G-3/5/7 and Material Developer for final obligation of $1.8 million in FY21 and $2.8 million in FY22 funding.
This only touches some of the key efforts Matt Perr has accomplished in the past year as he continues to assist in improving the ARNG TMDE program. He is the key Subject Matter Expert for the ARNG in all aspects dealing with US Army TMDE Activity, the TMDE Project Management office, and Headquarters DA as well as NGB. His efforts reflect well on the professionalism and expertise provided by JANUS personnel.
