JANUS RESEARCH GROUP RECOGNIZES JON MIKOVITS, JIM BZDICK AND MICHAEL PRIEST WITH ENERGY AWARDS FOR THEIR WORK WITHIN THE MANPOWER, PERSONNEL AND TRAINING BUSINESS UNIT

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to present Mr. Jon Mikovits, Mr. Jim Bzdick and Mr. Michael Priest with Energy Awards for their skill, proficiency, and dedication in providing technical support, analysis and communication skills for efforts that fall under our Manpower, Personnel and Training Business Unit.
As one of our newest resources, Jon's initiative and personal drive are evident as he has been asked to work three rates in his short time with JANUS for the Career-Long Learning Continuum project. His excellent attention to detail, intuition, and his increasing ability to operate Microsoft Vision and Excel, led to a Quality Assurance (QA) score of 92 on his first delivered products. His understanding of technical requirements and project expectations already matches that of a Mid-Instructional Systems Designer (ISD).
Jon's willingness to learn and apply himself has allowed leadership to plan ahead in personnel resourcing to ensure CLLC project success from start to finish. He has consistently demonstrated exceptional analytical skills in identifying specific competencies and skills required for his assigned ratings, making him an asset not only to the Department, but the entire JANUS organization.
Mr. Priest possesses natural leadership qualities and has distinguished himself as a top performer within the N7 Directorate for the Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training (CNATT). His superb work ethic, personal integrity and dedication while providing the highest caliber analysis of the Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) Aviation Ordnanceman (AO) content conversion products is unrivaled.
Lastly, Mr. Bzdick brings an amicable demeanor and strong leadership skills to the CNATT Pensacola team. His required deliverables are always completed on time with exceptional accuracy, making him a vital addition to the team. His unrivaled work ethic and commitment to excellence allows him to function in collaborative environments, while enhancing program success.
