JANUS RESEARCH GROUP RECOGNIZES MARK COLVIN WITH AN ENERGY AWARD

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to present Mr. Mark Colvin with an Energy Award for his work ethics, energy and dedication supporting the Enterprise Aviation (EAVN) fielding program.
Mark has been key in the Global Combat Support System (GCSS)-Army EAVN scheduled fielding of Capability Drop (CD) 2.3-2.5 completed in late September. The fielding focused on Aviation Tech Supply conversion from the Aircraft Notebook (ACN) to GCSS-Army and Quality Control (QC) processes available in GCSS-Army. Mark ensured that Army National Guard (ARNG) Units received training either by on-site trainers or virtually via Microsoft Teams. The fielding events included training, system engineering support, and data transfer of Tech Supply and aircraft historical record conversion.
Below are the units and activities fielded and converted:
- 52 States/Territories
- 4 Army Aviation Classification Repair Activity Depot (AVCRAD)
- 94 ARNG Army Aviation Support Facilities (AASF)
- 2 Army Aviation Flight Activities (AAFA)
- 4 ARNG Aviation Training Sites (AATS)
- 210 Unit Identification Codes (UICs)
- 17 Instructor and Key Personnel Trained (IKPT) at 4 AVCRADs
Supporting ARNG and the Capability Gaps, Mark has worked extremely hard to ensure ARNG requirements are included in the various capability drops. He has assisted the Program Manager (PM) EAVN in multiple states with briefings, developed multiple sets of slides on locations of AASF activities and Point of Contact's (POC) for each state by AVCRAD Regions.
The professional expertise and hard work of Mr. Colvin has been recognized by the leadership in the ARNG Aviation Branch, PM GCSS-Army and many others.
