JANUS RESEARCH GROUP RECOGNIZES MS. KATHERINE HODGE, MR. JONATHAN FARRER AND MS. JESSICA ERIE WITH ENERGY AWARDS

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to present Ms. Katherine Hodge, Mr. Jonathan Farrer and Ms. Jessica Erie with Energy Awards for their outstanding efforts with the Manpower Personnel Training Business Unit (MPT BU).
Since being hired as the Capture Analyst for the MPT BU, Katherine has done a superb job streamlining the capture process resulting in a more cohesive and structured pipeline. Coupling her skills from her previous position as a Junior Project Manager to the Capture Analyst position supporting the Business Development section, she has developed a comprehensive opportunity master tracker while simultaneously developing a Power BI dashboard that provides senior leadership valuable insight into current and forecast data.
Her hard work has positioned the BU for continued success and future growth. Her tireless work ethic and motivation has no bounds as she takes on and accomplishes many tasks that cross many aspects of the business development realm. The MPT BU will continue to thrive and succeed because of the hard work and dedication of Katherine Hodge.
Mr. Jonathan Farrer is an integral part of the Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC) as an Instructional Systems Specialist (ISS). He possesses excellent communication skills and provides sound guidance to the SCSTC leadership. Requirements are fulfilled ahead of time with no re-work required. Furthermore, he provides training for other team members, ensuring consistency for all required deliverables supporting this contract.
Ms. Jessica Erie has natural leadership abilities and is vital to the Surface Warfare Schools Command (SWSC) Norfolk team as an Instructional Systems Specialist (ISS). Her positive and constant communication provides the basis for exceptional teamwork with her peers. Required deliverables are completed on time with exceptional accuracy.
