Mr. Randy Malicdem, Instructor/Deck Self-Assessment and Groom Training (D-SAGT) Auxiliary/Mechanical Systems Subject Matter Expert (SME), is a highly dependable colleague who volunteers for the tough jobs, and has gone above and beyond his obligated job description and contract by constructing the Landing Helicopter Assault (LHA) 7 Anchor Windlass Self-Assessment and Grooming Checklist (SAGC) and Classroom Overview PowerPoint from the ground up.

His efforts saved the Government $100,000 in research and curriculum development.

Randy always makes positive impacts to the D-SAGT program and works hard at everything he does, making things right the very first time. The notes of a true professional, and has been recognized as one of the best Auxiliary/Mechanical (AUX/Mech) SME on the waterfront.
