JOSE MOTA, ASHLEY WINGO, AND KELLEY OUBRE AWARDED JANUS RESEARCH GROUP ENERGY AWARDS

JANUS Research Group is pleased to present Energy Awards to Jose Mota, Ashley Wingo and Kelley Oubre, recognizing their hard work and dedication across a number of projects and capacities.
Mr. Jose Mota is receiving this accolade in recognition of his efforts displayed in support of Carrier-Advanced Reconfigurable Training System (C-ARTS) at Norfolk Naval Station and Huntington Ingalls Industry sites. His work was instrumental in identifying and finding a comprehensive way to monitor a safety concern Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) Rear Awnings on all units.
Ms. Ashley Wingo, Project Manager, has gone above and beyond in training new employees and leading them down a path for success, all the while gracefully handling a near double workload herself. She continues to ensure projects stay within cost, scope, and schedule, and has presented creative ideas to tackle certain issues. She is always the first to speak up about ways to innovate and improve the procedures and processes within the team to ensure success for our customers.
Ms. Kelley Oubre, Quality Control Inspector, remains committed to ensuring the Manpower, Personnel and Training (MPT) Business Unit (BU) templates and checklists are up to date with our customers' requests, guidelines set by Government publication, and our standards, to continue to keep our products accurate and our customers satisfied. She continues to go above and beyond her job description by ensuring information is not just shared within the Quality Control group but is also shared with Product Line Managers for implementation during the development process. Her proactive approach to spreading information has and continues to make our products better and positions our Team for success from start to finish.
