CHARLES HOVER AWARDED JANUS RESEARCH GROUP ENERGY AWARD

May 13th, 2022 (Evans, GA) - JANUS Research Group LLC (JANUS) has awarded Charles Hover an Energy Award for his outstanding service as Site Lead for Operational Architecture at the Aviation Center of Excellence and Capability Development Integration Directorate (CDID). Other than a 6-year break working for TCM UAS, Charles has been working this program since February 1997 when it was called C4RDP.

Over the years, Charles played a critical role in moving the Army's Tactical Airspace Integration Systems (TAIS) forward, educating Air Combat Maneuvering (ACM) for TAIS on the requirements for architecture products that were moving to the Joint Tactical Intelligence Center (JTIC) for testing and delivered the required architecture views within weeks. Charles also used his expertise to train his team on the architecture process and developing products in Magic Draw.

Charles and his team are currently working on six major aviation modernization programs that span from Unmanned Aerial Systems to new helicopter lift capabilities.

Mr. Hover's is an invaluable member of Team JANUS and is the key point of contact when a job needs to be done quickly and accurately.
