JANUS RESEARCH GROUP APPRAISED AT ML3 FOR CMMI, AND RECERTIFIES ITS ISO 9001:2015 AND ISO:20001:2018 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

July 8, 2021 (Evans, GA) - Janus Research Group (JANUS) has again been appraised at level 3 of the CMMI Institute's Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI). The appraisal was performed by Multi-Dimensional Maturity and reaffirms JANUS commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
CMMI is a capability improvement framework that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance. JANUS' is performing at a "defined" level with processes that are well characterized and understood, and are describe in standards, procedures, tool, and methods.
JANUS also recertified its ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 20000-1:2018 Quality Management Systems further strengthening their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The ISO family of quality management systems is a set of standards that helps organizations ensure they meet customer and other stakeholder needs within statutory and regulatory requirements related to a product or service.
ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
The ISO 20001-1 certificate is designed to help organizations deliver effective managed IT services to customers and maintain those standards overtime. ISO/IEC 20000 helps organizations efficiently deliver quality IT Service Management through a comprehensive process approach.
