JANUS Awarded Deployable Adaptive Global Responder Support Prime Contract

JANUS Research Group Appling, Georgia; was awarded a prime contract on August 4, 2017 by the Army's Communications-Electronics Research, Development and Engineering Center (CERDEC), Night Vision Electro-Optic Sensors Directorate (NVESD) for Deployable Adaptive Global Responder Support (DAGRS). This is a multiple award IDIQ contract with a $480M ceiling value that will be available to the eight companies awarded prime contracts.
The scope of the DAGRS contract is to deliver technical services and equipment for Combatant Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands, and other headquarters or command and control elements that are engaged in small unit operations, expeditionary warfare, or special operations. Principle support areas include technical development and integration (Research and Development) activities such as prototype development, prototype integration, sub-system and system integration, equipment assessments, and operational integration. The scope also includes knowledge services such as planning, analysis, coordination, reporting, accountability, and operational assessments, training and security.
