JANUS Research Group Recognizes Jared Baranowski with Energy Award

Jared Baranowski is nominated for an Energy Award for his exceptional performance in support of Army Concept Division (ACD). He developed the method and product for transitioning technology identified in the Focused Excursion to other FCC experimentation. He coordinated with multiple different research labs to gather data, provided analysis of technology based on Concept requirements, and identified experiments (i.e. Concept Focused Warfighting Experiment, Project Convergence, Limited Objective Experiments) where the technology would have the best impact. Mr. Baranowski developed a way to translate tactical tasks to technological requirements to facilitate discussion between scientists and concept writers. He also created relationships between multiple Future Concepts Directorates (FCDs) to ensure synchronization and situational awareness between the FCDs and ACD. His outstanding performance reflects greatly upon JANUS Research Group and the professionalism of the entire ACD team.
