JANUS Research Group Recognizes Randi Seney with Energy Award

Randi Seney is nominated for an Energy Award for her exceptional performance in support of the Army Concept Division (ACD). She was instrumental in testing and evaluating various AI models to meet ACD needs and to train ACD personnel on their use. She generated multiple comprehensive databases of doctrine, concepts, and academic research to inform the AWC and support technological assessments. Randi also developed methods for gathering and presenting quantitative data during Focused Excursions, significantly enhancing the clarity and rigor of analytical outputs.

Ms. Seney provided indispensable expertise on training and equipment fielding to improve Pathfinder inputs related to technology development and timelines. She played a key role in developing a new wargame tabletop exercise (TTX) designed to test assumptions and plan considerations for integrating autonomous systems into conventional operations. Her outstanding performance reflects greatly upon JANUS Research Group and exemplifies the professionalism of the entire ACD team.
