JANUS Research Group Recognizes Danielle Ferrer with Energy Award

Danielle Ferrer is nominated for an Energy Award for her exceptional performance supporting the Future Warfare Division’s (FWD) Future Study Program 2026 T2COM Commander’s Wargame (FSP26-1). As the senior rapporteur, she was hand-selected by the Event Design Lead to support the Directorate of Concepts’ flag‑officer‑level plenary sessions. During FSP24-2, she was directly responsible for recording conversations of 80+ senior military and government subject matter experts quickly and accurately. Her attentive administrative support was critical to collecting vital data for analysis that ultimately informed Army concept development. In addition, she assisted Event Support Operations by preparing meeting spaces, assembling reference materials, and participating in post-event breakdown. Ms. Ferrer’s outstanding performance set the conditions for FSP26-1 success and reflects well on JANUS Research Group and the professionalism of the entire FWD team.
