JANUS Research Group Recognizes Beth Nussbaum with an Energy Award

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to recognize Beth Nussbaum with an Energy Award. Beth is an exceptional member of the JANUS team. Her energy and dedication have made a tremendous impact throughout the past year. Beth exemplified initiative and teamwork by co-developing a Practical Application Administrator’s Guide (PAAG) template that was adopted project wide. This effort streamlined the creation of six PAAGs on the TO27 project and enhanced overall efficiency. Her ability to identify opportunities for improvement and translate them into effective solutions has been instrumental in advancing the project’s success.

Beth adjudicated and delivered 18 high-quality documents within one month, a reflection of her outstanding productivity and unwavering commitment to excellence. Beth consistently demonstrates exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. She has the ability to take complex customer requests and translate them into realistic, high-quality solutions that exceed expectations. Her professionalism and customer focus have strengthened relationships with the Naval Civil Engineer Corps Officer School (CECOS) team and reinforced JANUS’ reputation for reliability and excellence.

Beyond her technical contributions, Beth mentored five junior developers, offering guidance and encouragement that bonded the entire team. Her determination, flexibility, and tenacity have made her an invaluable member of the TO27 project. Her attention to detail, expertise, and energy have been vital to the success of this effort, making her deserving of this Energy Award.
