JANUS Research Group Recognizes Ashley Wingo with Energy Award

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to recognize Ashley Wingo with an Energy Award.

Ashley has been and continues to be a critical member of the Project Management team and an asset to the MPT BU. Her dedication to her fellow JANUS MPT BU teammates is unparalleled and she holds herself to a standard of excellence that has made her an indispensable Project Manager. During her time with the company, she has been the Project Manager for the Career Long Learning Continuum (CLLC) contract, facilitating JANUS’ success and working to ensure JANUS remains the incumbent for that effort. She has also managed countless other projects across our various customers such as Program Manager, Ships (PMS) 339, Program Executive Office (PEO) Carriers, FMM, Transtecs, and others. Her latest adventure is the new T-7A Maintenance Training System (MTS) for MPT BU’s newest customer, the United States Air Force (USAF). This is a $6M+, multiyear effort that is bound to open the door to even more new customers and opportunities. We have no doubt that Ashley’s involvement, leadership, and attention to detail will be major contributing factors to its success. Ashley’s ability to identify issues early and rally team members to develop solutions has resulted in projects regularly finishing on time and within budget.

Ashley consistently provides thoughtful feedback and suggestions, ultimately improving and shaping the Project Management team. She does not shy away from engaging other team members and has successfully facilitated collaborative meetings between teams.

Ashley embodies the key characteristics of willingness, teamwork, and dedication to doing what is right that make the MPT BU stronger and allow us to do the great work that we do, and is therefore deserving of this Energy Award.
