JANUS Research Group Recognizes Adam McNutt with Energy Award

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to recognize Adam McNutt with an Energy Award for his exceptional engineering services expertise for the PdM Mission Network (PdM MN).

From October 2024 through May 2025, Adam played a key role in the success of the Armor Formation Network On-the-Move (AFN OTM) Pilot II effort as the program's Satellite Communications (SATCOM) engineer and subject matter expert (SME). He expertly guided the down-selection of SATCOM systems, working closely with General Dynamics (GD) and numerous vendors to identify the most effective solutions for testing with the 1st Infantry Division (1ID).

Adam's dedication extended beyond system selection. He provided invaluable technical support throughout a rigorous training schedule, including a Command Post Exercise at Fort Riley, Kansas and two challenging National Training Center (NTC) rotations at Fort Irwin, California. His technical expertise and commitment to ensuring the success of the program directly contributed to the successful execution of the Pilot II effort.

As an effective leader and trustworthy teammate, Adam's professionalism and dedication to duty are emblematic of the JANUS ethos.
