JANUS Research Group Recognizes Royyan Badeges with Energy Award

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to recognize Royyan Badeges with an Energy Award for his exceptional engineering services expertise for the PdM Unified Network Capability (UNCI) and Project Manager Tactical Network (PM TN).

From October 2024 through May 2025, Royyan has been an integral part of the Hydra testing, serving as PM TN's subject matter expert (SME) on Next General Tactical Terminal (NGTT) test efforts. Royyan proactively developed NGTT test schedules, effectively briefed stakeholders at IPT meetings, and meticulously documented meeting minutes.

Royyan possesses exceptional problem-solving skills, consistently identifying and resolving complex technical issues to keep testing on track. His flexibility and willingness to support unit integration efforts are greatly appreciated by the PM and users within 3AC.
