JANUS Research Group Recognizes Josephine Mabe with Energy Award

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to recognize Josephine Mabe with an Energy Award for her exceptional and outstanding performance supporting the Future Warfare Division's (FWD) Future Study Program 2025 (FSP25) and the Chief of Staff of the Army's Wargame (FSP25-2).

Although Josephine was operating in an unfamiliar location with more than 300 participants, she flawlessly assumed the role and responsibilities of a lead rapporteur. During the event, she was directly responsible for accurately and efficiently capturing discussions among senior military and government subject matter experts. Her meticulous attention to detail and rapid documentation were critical to collecting vital data that informed Army concept development.

In addition to her analytical duties, Josephine provided outstanding administrative and event support, including preparing meeting spaces, assembling reference materials, and assisting with post-event breakdown. Her flexibility and commitment ensured smooth execution throughout the event.

Josephine's professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to providing exceptional solutions are reflected in the success of FSP25-2 and the entire FWD team.
