JANUS Research Group Recognizes Henry Ocegueda with Energy Award

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to recognize Henry Ocegueda with an Energy Award for his continued leadership and dedication to providing the best quality products to our clients. His key insight into MPT product development and expert analysis has resulted in high accolades from multiple customers and a desire for continued support.

Henry's mentorship was key in updating the Navy Training System Plan (NTSP) for the Fiber Optic Technician and Repair program as well as the development of the Miniature/Microminiature Module Test and Repair Advanced Diagnostic Test System program NTSP from the ground up. He is also very heavily involved in advising and supporting the development of an Advanced Manufacturing/Additive Manufacturing NTSP to support fielding 3D printing capabilities throughout the fleet and supporting shore units.

His latest solo project is the development of a Manpower Estimate Report to support the acquisition process in the procurement and fielding of an aviation tracking and awareness capability for the Navy's amphibious fleet. Always willing to lend a hand, Henry has provided expert guidance to the team developing the curriculum to support the Electric Aircraft Elevator program to be introduced onboard CVN 79.

Henry's experience, patience and readiness to tackle all challenges has been instrumental in the success of the MPT business unit throughout the years, with his zeal and focus on growing our talented pool of resources a mark of his dedication and leadership.
