JANUS Research Group Recognizes Abel Esparza with Energy Award

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to recognize Abel Esparza with an Energy Award for his consistently demonstrated adaptability, initiative, and unwavering commitment to excellence with regard to the new Maintenance and Assessment contract under Ready Relevant Learning (RRL). This task order has brought unique challenges and has required the team to navigate constant changes while shaping new processes in real time. Abel has risen to meet these demands, showing exceptional focus and flexibility throughout.

Abel is responsible for two rates under this task order: The Navy Religious Program Specialist (RP) rate and Aviation Electronics Technician (AT). Abel recently delivered the first major project milestone – the initial gate submission – with high quality and on time delivery. The work was well received by the customer, reflecting his attention to detail, professionalism, and drive for high performance.

Abel's energy and engagement have been vital to the success of this effort. He proactively asks insightful questions, quickly incorporates changes, and consistently raises important points that contribute to program improvement. His thoughtful approach and steady execution in a dynamic and evolving environment make him an invaluable member of the team.
