JANUS Research Group Recognizes Jacob Lamb with Energy Award

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to recognize Jacob Lamb with an Energy Award for his exceptional teamwork, dedication, and positive attitude as a force multiplier within the MPT team.

Jacob has simultaneously worked on several high-level projects, overperforming in all areas. He has aided with the Fiber Optic Test and Repair (FOTR) NTSP; authored the Miniature/Microminiature, Module Test and Repair, Advanced Diagnostic Test System (2M/MTR/ADTS) Program NTSP; and successfully delivered to our client on time and on target. These efforts were instrumental in getting the FOTR NTSP ready for a second pass review by stakeholders, and the 2M/MTR/ADTS ready for its first pass review by stakeholders.

Currently, Jacob is authoring the very first proposed NTSP for Additive Manufacturing. This is a ground-up build on a system in its early developmental efforts focused on fleet and shore activities for the United States Navy. Jacob is relentless and meticulous in his analysis of the relatively limited information currently available. His intense effort has helped the client glean an even deeper understanding of what is needed to bring this project to completion and lay the critical groundwork to obtain funding and support to meet the needs to achieve this undertaking.

Jacob is always willing to lend a hand in information analysis and help review other project documents and is highly sought by his fellow team members for his dedication and knowledge. He is always looking for new challenges and increasing his knowledge of MPT and Training Requirements Documentation. He continues to develop his acumen in document/product development and insists on accuracy in everything he does.
