JANUS Research Group Recognizes Bethany Bruder with Energy Award

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to recognize Bethany Bruder with an Energy Award for her dedication to excellence and professionalism that has made her an invaluable and indispensable member of JANUS.

Bethany fosters and facilitates important relationships with our clients and contracting officers while managing contract awards and modifications in support of the MPT business unit's 20+ contracts and ensuring that all changes are carefully reviewed and approved.

On a daily basis, Bethany serves as a linchpin to many of our incrementally funded efforts and coordinates funding modifications, ATPs, etc. so our employees can continue supporting the Department of Defense. In particular, Bethany has played a vital role in facilitating the SBIR Phase III IDIQ extension. She is always quick to help and guide whenever a new contract situation arises and is always available to discuss any questions or concerns the team may have.

Bethany never shies away from engaging other team members and has successfully facilitated collaborative meetings with other departments to ensure processes are understood and followed, ultimately leading to streamlined communications for and across departments.

Bethany embodies the characteristics of willingness, teamwork, and accountability. We are pleased to honor Bethany's accomplishments with this Energy Award.
