JANUS Research Group Recognizes Charles Bailey with Energy Award

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to recognize Charles (Chuck) Bailey with an Energy Award for his outstanding and significant contributions to the success of supporting Army Capability Manager for Networks and Servers (ACM N&S).

As a communications requirements developer, Chuck has built a rapport with and maintains close contact with Army Signal Corps communications officers in key tactical unit positions. These units rely upon Chuck as a voice to ACM N&S for their tactical requirements. Over the last year, the assistant chief of staff (ACoS) of the First Corps (I Corps) reached out several times to ACM N&S senior leadership to convey their gratitude for Chuck's expertise and due diligence in representing their communications requirements to the Army. Recently, the ACoS, I Corps requested Chuck, by name, to accompany him to the Land Forces of the Pacific Symposium & Exposition (LANPAC), a prominent international symposium and exposition that brings together government, academia, industry, and allies to discuss and showcase the critical role of land forces in the Indo-Pacific theater. The ACoS stated, "Chuck has been amazing in helping us with requirements as we received a lot of attention from our Warfighter Exercise... He is always proactive in showing me things from across the force that relate to our mission."

Chuck continually goes above and beyond to build rapport with key personnel in I Corps and other tactical units and facilitates the development of their communications requirements. His team-focused mentality in the approach to his assigned tasks is a testament of Chuck's abilities and proficiency. His efforts are clearly recognized, appreciated, and sought after by our clients and JANUS is proud to further recognize Chuck's contributions with this Energy Award.
