JANUS Research Group Recognizes Kristen Sorensen with Energy Award

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to recognize Kristen Sorensen with an Energy Award for her outstanding dedication, adaptability, and initiative on the RRL team.

Kristen has been a member of the RRL team since December 2024. From day one, she embraced the challenge of mastering the complex processes and procedures involved in building core deliverable products for her assigned rate. Her commitment to learning and her ability to quickly absorb new information have made her an invaluable asset to the team.

Recently, Kristen took ownership of the Utilitiesman (UT) rate. Her exceptional work ethic and determination enabled her to play a pivotal role in the development of key deliverables during the "As-Is Phase." She successfully led the creation of the Rate Master Task List (RMTL), Career Flow Map (CFM), and Career Domain Analysis (CDA), ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals. Her effort directly contributes to the team's success, as reflected in the impressive 93% quality assurance score across all her deliverables. Beyond her technical contributions, Kristen fosters a positive and collaborative work environment, inspiring those around her. Her proactive approach, willingness to take on challenges, and commitment to quality have strengthened the overall effectiveness of the RRL team.
