JANUS Research Group Recognizes Andre D. Dooley with Energy Award

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to recognize Andre D. Dooley with an Energy Award for his exceptional support to the Project Manager Tactical Network Business Management Division (BMD) and PdM Satellite Communications (SATCOM).

From December 2024 through February 2025, Andre's technical contributions, acquisition expertise, planning, and coordination resulted in the award of the Protected SATCOM Resilient Ant–Jam Modem Development contract, the Suite of Terminals SCOUT and T2C2 Systems, and Spares Delivery Order 8.

Andre consistently exhibits selfless support to ensure the requirements of PdM SATCOM enable the warfighter to accomplish their mission with improved capabilities. He has proven himself to be a consummate professional and an effective leader. Andre is a dedicated member of a team delivering incredible solutions to Project Manager Tactical Network; the PEO Command, Control, Communications, and Network (PEO C3N); and the United States Army.

Andre is the embodiment of the JANUS work ethic and ethos. We are pleased to recognize his recent accomplishments with this Energy Award.
